AUTOASSESS Meetings @ Zurich | 20 – 22 April 2026

The AUTOASSESS consortium gathered in Zurich, Switzerland for its General Assembly and plenary meeting from 20–22 April 2026, hosted at University of Zurich. 

The agenda combined strategic governance, technical deep dives, and operational planning. The General Assembly opened with project-wide updates, including Open Call status, field test strategies, and upcoming demonstration plans. 

Subsequent plenary sessions brought together all partners to assess progress across system components. Discussions covered onboard localisation and control, inspection autonomy, machine learning for inspection, hardware adaptation, digital twin development, and system integration for field testing. The European Commission Project Officer also shared expectations for the next reporting and review phase.

A highlight of the meeting was the live demo and lab tour at UZH, providing partners with a concrete view of the technologies being developed within the project.
